Why the East?
What makes Eastern Christchurch different and why I chose to build my real estate life here. The coast, the community, and the red-zone green spaces that came back to life.

In the first episode, I sit down and talk about the place I call home. Eastern Christchurch isn't just a territory I work in. It's where I grew up, where so many of my memories were made, and where I still feel a real connection. The coast, the estuary and the river. The parks and the red-zone green spaces that have found new life since the earthquakes. The kind of place where people know their neighbours, where the beach is a five-minute bike ride away, and where community still feels like community. This episode is about why I chose the East, and why I believe it's the future of this city.
